Strength & Conditioning Series Classes
Using suspension-band equipment from Austin-based Primal 7, RedBird’s custom suspension workouts deliver an amazing fully-body experience, regardless of current fitness level. Primal 7’s innovative equipment supports body weight in ways that promote and enhance movement, making it a strong complement to RedBird’s foundational method of functional fitness, body-weight resistance training and precision-based movement. This suspension trainer evolved from the TRX model and is a great core, functional strength and cardio workout.

Strength & Conditioning series run in a 10-week series and are non-refundable. To schedule a make-up, you must cancel 24-hours in advance and schedule your make-up below.
RedBird Suspension training is also available for personal training, duets and small group training.
Strength & Conditioning Drop-In Classes
Drop in Strength & Conditioning classes are a great way to experience the effective and fun RedBird suspension band training programs before committing to a series. These classes will introduce you to the equipment and also give you a great, intense full-body workout. All drop-in classes are limited to six clients so you get a high-touch, small group training experience and workout customized to your needs.
