RedBird Prenatal is an intelligent, interesting way to stay connected to and continue to tone your body throughout pregnancy. Our certified prenatal instructors will help you in both group classes and private sessions to address issues important for moms-to-be.

Prenatal Pilates Equipment Class
These small group sessions will provide a safe, effective, fun way to strengthen the pelvic floor and transverse, reduce low-back pain, address postural issues common to pregnant women and improve the central nervous system to reduce stress through functional brain training. Plus, these workouts will keep arms and legs toned, build strength, improve energy and enhance well-being throughout pregnancy. Classes are limited to 5 people for a high-touch, customized, small group training experience.
