I was originally a make-up artist, but I realized over time that I wanted to work in a more preventative way. I didn’t want to just cover up skin problems. I wanted to help people develop and maintain healthy skin.
My clientele is very diverse, but the majority are women. I am very passionate about helping people with acne, sun damage, scarring, rosacea, and inflammation.
Make sure to cleanse, exfoliate and apply sunscreen EVERYDAY. Also, use organic products.
I have learned to value the mutual trust that has developed through my personal connections and relationships with my clientele. They know that I have their best interest at heart and that I will use my knowledge and experience to help them improve their lives by showing them the way to a healthy skin.
What is one thing you commit to, or strive to commit to, in your own life to stay moving towards your highest, most vital self?
The lesson I continuously learn and am committed to practicing in my own life—and encouraging my clients to practice—is finding balance in all areas of my world: my work, my friends and family, my physical activities and practices, my nutrition. I know how easily we can be thrown out of balance when life makes demands on us in one area or another. So I am constantly re-committing myself to finding and maintaining that balance in my life.
In what ways do your services or practice align with the RedBird method and its objectives?
Just as with RedBird, my overall goals are to educate my clients, so that they understand their issues on a deeper level–and to inspire them to achieve lasting, healthy results.
