Thank you to all who completed our pre-expansion survey. Your feedback confirmed what we thought we knew, underscored what matters most to you and has helped us establish priorities for how RedBird will evolve. Thank-you packets for those who completed the survey will be available for pick up after May 1.
Here’s how we are responding to what you told us:
Water Fountain – In the next few weeks, a water-bottle filling station will be installed in the equipment room. Join us in thanking RedBird client Bobbi Benson for helping make this possible.
Traffic Patterns – Separate entrances to the equipment room, suspension-band training room and the large-class studio mean no more people walking through your workout.
Programming and Class Times – Look for more early morning classes and all-new suspension-band training on our summer schedule. Stay tuned for more information.
Seating Area – Indoor and outdoor benches have been added to increase your comfort while waiting for class to begin. While waiting on the indoor bench please make sure you are quite and that cell phones are off.
Restrooms – Though we’re not able to offer changing rooms at this time, we are taking de facto control of the restrooms down the hall. Soon the restroom closest to RedBird will be scrubbed clean and given a fresh coat of paint, and we are working with building management to ensure they stay clean.
Studio Temperature – While we believe sweating is good for you, and a good sweat will continue to be part of RedBird’s method, we now have central heating and cooling, which means greater control of the in-studio temperature.
The Love Is Mutual
Change is good, but as RedBird grows, we are steadfastly committed to maintaining our high-touch, educational teaching methods and our precision-based movement philosophy. We are also personally devoted to building a strong and connected community where everyone knows your name. We’re glad you are part of it.
