New Fall Schedule starts Sept 1

The new schedule starts Sept. 1. We have made some changes based on your requests:
On Saturdays we are bringing back Fit to the Core – a high intensity combination of Pilates and sports conditioning. 
The Thursday night fundamental class will now be starting at 5:30 rather than 5:15.
Body Engineering will have levels – 1, 1/2, 2 – that will determine the pace of the class and complexity of the movements.

We are also introducing Intro to Reformer classes – a four-week series that will allow you to experience the transformative benefits of Pilates apparatus work and prepare you for more advanced RedBird apparatus classes. To register for a spot in these series email info@redbirdpilates.com.
